QUALIFICATIONS

Applied Social Science (Dip.)

Kyle is Ablethorpe Recruitment’s Office Manager and Candidate Manager, assisting with all aspects of the day-to-day business operations of Ablethorpe Recruitment as well as assisting lawyers in their job search both domestically and internationally.

Practice Specialisation

Kyle works with our candidates closely to understand their individual skills, attributes and experience sets, with the aim to matching applicants with roles that are in alignment with long-term career ambitions and objectives. Kyle will assist candidates in their whole job search process from the preparation and crafting of CVs, to coordinating interviews, arranging for interview preparation and training, as well as conducting references and assisting in the management and negotiation of any offers.

Kyle is also integral to running our international recruitment and agency affiliate programs and job marketing to the UK, USA, Continental Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa as well as our national roles outside Victoria.

Professional Experience

Kyle has worked in law firms in WA, VIC and NSW since 2008. She considers herself to be a “people person” and puts a strong focus on client and candidate service and really understanding what both parties are looking to achieve. She appreciates that giving top attention to detail in her work makes everyone’s life easier.

Kyle completed her studies in Applied Social Sciences in 2014.
